The room's electric kettle was a complete lifesaver! It felt like having my very own magic potion cauldron, ready to conjure up a hot cup of tea whenever I desired. The perfect remedy after a day of exploring the enchanting Lyne Sands Beach just a stone's throw away.

had an amazing time at this adorable seaside room! gary and dee were fantastic hosts, treating us with special treats and providing everything we needed. loved the coastal vibe of the room and the convenient location near the beach, shops, pubs, and restaurants. would highly recommend coastal joy for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in newbiggin-by-the-sea.

The value for money was excellent and the room had a lovely seaside theme that was relaxing and charming. The location was perfect, with restaurants just a 5-minute stroll away and the beach nearby. The hosts, especially Gary, were friendly, informative, and made us feel welcome. Having parking right outside was a bonus.

For breakfast selection, it would have been great to have a larger shower cubicle for those of us who are bigger.

The location was ideal, with shops and the beach just a pleasant stroll away. Public transport at the doorstep was super convenient. The staff were truly brilliant and treated us with such kindness and had delicious treats waiting for us. an unforgettable and mind-blowing stay.
